ACU Graduate speaks to students

Strathfield Campus (Mount Saint Mary) Bachelor of Teaching/Bachelor of Arts graduate, Justine Zarebski, recently returned to the campus as a guest lecturer.

Justine, who is currently teaching at St Agnes Catholic School in Sydney, spoke to fourth year education students as part of their unit ‘Transition to the Profession’.

Strathfield Campus Education Lecturer, Wendy Moran, said Justine’s exhilarating lecture highlighted the joys and tribulations of working as a young teacher.

“Justine also spoke about the benefits of studying at ACU,” said Mrs Moran. “In particular, she demonstrated how the technologies she was exposed to while at ACU (National) are implemented into her work and professional life, such as LiveJournal and Wikispaces.”
