Professor Anthony Kelly introduces Professor Scott Cowdell at the launch of his book Abiding Faith: Christianity beyond Certainty, Anxiety and Violence.

Book launched by ACU Professor

Professor Anthony Kelly of ACU’s Faculty of Theology and Philosophy recently launched a book by Professor Scott Cowdell at Charles Sturt University’s Public and Contextual Theology Research Centre (PaCT).

The book, Abiding Faith: Christianity beyond Certainty, Anxiety and Violence, is directed toward the re-appropriation of Christian faith at a time when its distinctive sense of self and community is under stress.
 
Professor Cowdell, a research fellow at PaCT and author, commends the genuine character of Christian existence in terms of “abiding faith”.

Professor Kelly’s launch of this book by a colleague at PaCT is an event that marks the strong relationship between the two institutions.
