Mr Dominic Cudmore Admitted as a Solicitor Lecturer Coordinator, Pro Bono Program
Dominic has held a number of senior legal roles both in Government and the private sector, developing expertise in employment relations, not for profit policy, governance, human rights, government relations, child protection and professional standards.
He has been involved in the governance of a number of not for profit organisations at board level. He maintains an active interest in overseas aid and developments in human rights both in Australia and overseas.
Dominic is also an accredited mediator under the National Mediator Accreditation System (NMAS) and is qualified to mediate resolutions to disputes, including those between organisations, between employer and employees and disputes involving contractual obligations.
He is very involved in the not for profit sector and, within his private legal practice, continues to advise many not for profit organisations on all aspects of the law.
Between January 2009 and March 2011 Dominic undertook further studies at the Institut d’études théologiques in Brussels, Belgium www.iet.be.
Dominic enjoys discovering new people, places and cultures – his current destination of preference being the beautiful country of Slovenia!
