I chose to study at ACU because the delivery mode allowed me to fit my study in around working full-time and travelling. I was also really impressed by the staff and clearly saw their passion for the program and the University.
I really enjoyed the course. The lecturers were always approachable and engaged in my learning. My cohort was great and allowed me to build valuable networks and friendships. The course content was challenging and consistently pushing me outside my comfort zone, which taught me new things and ensured I was going forward with my career and education.
I also went to New York as part of a study tour, which was a standout highlight. It allowed us to experience New York from a new angle and provided fantastic opportunities. It was an extremely practical learning experience, and a lot of fun.
Completing the MBA (Executive) helped me to transfer roles and sectors more easily so I could advance and change my career. It helped open doors to new opportunities.
I'm really proud of how I've been able to take on new challenges in my career, and have the confidence to chase opportunities and move between the corporate and not-for-profit sector. Now I work for a great and iconic Australian organisation where I get to help other great Australian organisations achieve their missions – what could be better?
