With the tour's focus on developing a strategic mindset, we consider issues of corporate social responsibility, sustainable work practices, and organising for the common good.
Featuring special cultural visits and activities, we engage with leaders of commercial, public sector and not-for-profit organisations in our host cities.

The Rome Campus
Located on Rome’s historic Janiculum Hill, ACU’s Rome Campus is a 10-minute drive from Vatican City. The Campus’s facilities include well equipped teaching spaces, a library, chapel, and external terraces.
MBAE students will pay their usual unit fees.
Alumni and other participants will pay a course fee of $1,800.
All participants will pay a program fee of $2,500.
The program fee covers:
- scheduled group excursions and site visits
- group dinners and some lunches
- optional 2 day community engagement experience in Rome.
The fee does not include flights, accommodation and most meals. All participating students will receive an itemised account of costs for tax purposes.
To confirm your place in this exciting program, a non-refundable deposit of $500 must be made. Payment details will be provided to students once enrolled in the unit.
Professor Susan Dann
Professor Dann is National Head and Professor of Marketing of the Peter Faber Business School (PFBS). Prior to joining ACU, Professor Dann held a number of academic roles at universities including QUT, Griffith University and James Cook University (Brisbane). She is widely published in the field of marketing and has authored eight books. Professor Dann has also served on a variety of boards and tribunals including the Social Security Appeals Tribunal, AFL Queensland Commission, Quality Improvement Council and General Practice Queensland. Currently Professor Dann is a director of Ozcare and St Rita's College and a member of the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal.

BUSN606: INTERNATIONAL STUDY TOUR - Management and Leadership in Europe
Credit points: 10
Prerequisites: Completion of 20 credit points from MBA Executive or equivalent.
This unit counts as one elective unit or in place of BUSN600 in ACU’s MBA Executive program and may count as an elective in other Postgraduate programs. Where students have already completed BUSN600 or another elective, it may be possible to substitute another MBA unit with approval from the MBA Executive Course Coordinator.
