Professor Peter Rendell Prof Rendell’s has a longstanding interest in cognitive aging with a focus on prospective memory (memory for future intentions) and has developed the measure Virtual Week. Prof Rendell has a longstanding interest in prospective memory, and a well-established track record with 36 peer-reviewed articles on this topic. He has more recently investigated prospective memory and the topic of future thinking in various populations and clinical groups. His second area of interest is emotional processing.
Prof Rendell is currently leading the Cognition and Emotion Research Centre, and is a Professor in the School of Psychology at ACU. He is also a registered psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia, and a member of the Australian Psychological Society, College of Educational and Developmental Psychologists.
