An award winning comeback from paralysis

Dr Simone Dorsch, a Lecturer from the School of Physiotherapy at the Australian Catholic University nominated a patient of Bankstown Hospital, Bob Simonovic for the Ipsen award for achievement in Neurological Physiotherapy. Bob Simonovic was diagnosed with a syndrome that causes spreading paralysis and he hasn't stopped fighting back. He has exercised his way out of a nursing home and back into good health. The award is organised by the National Neurology Group of the Australian Physiotherapy Association and is sponsored by Ipsen.
