Student Survey Show 2015

This exhibition showcases the most outstanding work produced from our studio programmes in Painting, Photography, Ceramics and Graphic Design.


Clancy Prize for Secondary School Religious Art

11 March - 24 March

The Clancy Prize gives high school students the opportunity to explore religious themes through visual art. This theme-based prize is offered annually, and the exhibition is an opportunity to showcase the best entries of each year. The exhibition, run collaboratively by the Catholic Education Office (CEO) and ACU, is now in its 17th year.

ARTEXPRESS  is an annual series of exhibitions of exemplary artworks created by New South Wales visual arts' students for the Higher School Certificate examination.

ACU is proud to host one of these series, with works curated to complement the University's mission of social justice and inclusion.

ARTEXPRESS is presented by the NSW Department of Education and Communities and the Board of Studies, Teaching and Educational Standards in association with ACU.


Sogetsu Ikebana

6 September - 10 September

Sogetsu is a modern form of the traditional Japanese art of flower arranging, now in a dramatic dialogue with contemporary western art.

This exhibition presents a series of sculptural displays produced by the Sydney Sogetsu School.

ACU School of Arts Pixel Prize for High School Photography

12 October - 29 October

ACU established the Pixel Prize in 2009 to foster and empower young people to engage in the visual arts. Each year's competition is thematically based and prizes are awarded for: best representation of the theme; best image composition; most original photograph; and digital darkroom (image editing techniques).


Bachelor of Visual Arts and Design (BVAD) Graduation Exhibition

16 November - 26 November

An annual exhibition featuring the creative work of students in Visual Arts and Design across a range of media including Painting, Drawing, Printmaking, Graphic Design, Photography and Sculpture.


Seasons of Creation: Advent and Art

4 December - 23 December
