Graduate Certificate in Leading Resilient Enterprises - MTAA
Medical Technology Association of Australia
Opportunities to better address disruption and challenge
The key theme underpinning these recommendations is that collaboration across industry, government, universities and research entities will be required to ensure that the measures implemented are long term, effective and have a lasting impact. ” Medical Technology Industry Review, Deloitte Access Economics
MTAA members held a roundtable at ACU to discuss the question – How do we better educate our people to face disruption and challenge?
The roundtable was prompted by a Deloitte report on the Medtech industry which recommended the industry work closer with universities to develop both professional and research outcomes.
A key recommendation of the roundtable was the development of an industry specific qualification for Medtech leaders and potential leaders.
The aim of this unique and specialised qualification is to take students on a journey through the challenges and possibilities of modern Medtech business theories and practices.
The program is designed by our internationally renowned faculty who will mentor and partner with you through a collaborative learning process.
Our faculty consult and carry out continuous research with Australian and international clients, bringing contemporary knowledge and exceptional experience to the program, and delivering a unique blend of evidence based theory with high level insights and applied practices.
Participants will realise the advantages of studying and networking with other professionals in a dynamic face-to face learning environment.
This exceptional program is comprised of four units and delivered in intensive mode. Sessions will be in seminar format, characterised by the exchange of ideas, knowledge and experience, rather than having formal lectures and tutorials. Students will be assessed on their understanding of concepts and their ability to apply them innovatively and ethically to real-world issues.
Upon successful completion of the Graduate Certificate in the Leading Resilient Enterprises students may be eligible to receive advanced standing towards a Masters qualification, subject to board approval.
