Community engagement is part of a student's education at Australian Catholic University. In all faculties and courses at ACU, students and staff are engaging with their communities.

"Social Justice to me isn't about saving the world – it's about treating all people with dignity and respect and treating people the way you yourselves wish to be treated." ACU graduate Sarah Rose. "The University's commitment to community engagement is very rare and sets it apart from other universities, and it is not just through money or token, one-off volunteering. As a member of Australian Catholic University Students For Awareness (ACUSA), Christian, helped introduce fair trade coffee to the campus cafe.
