We all know that physical activity is good for your health, studies and general wellbeing. The easiest way to get physical is to incorporate walking into your everyday activities, such as your journey to campus.
The Bay-to-Bay Cycle and Walkway, which runs from Ryde to Botany Bay, passes within 750m of the main gate of our Strathfield Campus.
Strathfield offers plenty of outdoor spaces to get out and enjoy Sydney’s natural beauty. In fact, there are 60 parks in the area, including Bicentennial Park. Sports lovers are spoilt with all-weather playing fields and the nearby Olympic Park aquatic centre. For those who are looking to relax a little more there are shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs all within easy reach of the campus.
