Managed residences

Managed Residential

Our Ballarat managed residences are ideal if you want to live independently, with the comfort of knowing our Residential Services team is on hand to help. Some of the residences are close to campus and just a short walk from all that Ballarat has to offer, others are only a short drive.

Your rent includes:

  • private bedroom in a fully furnished house
  • all utilities (water, gas and electricity)
  • 24-hour access to residential support
  • free sporting, social, pastoral and academic events
  • in-house laundry facilities
  • access to communal facilities at Camillus Residence
  • free internet is provided from 2023

Note: St Columba’s house is a two-storey 10-bed property, located in Soldiers Hill, a six-minute drive from campus, it is equipped with everything above plus a games room with pool table, dart board, alleyscore arcade game and various outdoor games for the shaded yard. Residential advisors are also on site for student support.
